This project consisted of interior and exterior renovations necessary for Gilleland Chevrolet to become image compliant as part of General Motors “Essential Brand Elements” program. The work required to become compliant included new ceramic tile flooring, updated lighting program, furniture and millwork, exterior aluminum composite paneling, new overhead doors, new signage, exterior and interior painting and marketing visuals.
Long lead time materials and components were ordered ahead of construction in order to minimize construction disturbances. We started actual construction activities on site January 1st and completed in mid-March 2013.
