University of South Dakota Projects
Project Description
We were a consistent presence on the campus of the University of South Dakota in Vermillion completing 7 projects in 3 years. These projects have varied from remodeling of dorm floors to remodeling/repurposing a 120-year-old foundry building. The most recent project was remodeling the Knutson Theater in the fine arts building which involved structural reinforcement to the theatre rigging grid 65’ in the air.
At one point we had 5 projects in various stages and locations that were running concurrently in occupied buildings on an active campus. We are fortunate to have a team that continues to excel in the midst of challenging conditions and navigate all that comes along with running that many projects simultaneously.
