Project Description
H&R Construction was awarded Theodore’s Academy Childcare facility in Sioux City, IA. The building consists of 3,500 sq. ft. wood framed structure, an interior concrete wall and ceiling - storm safe area. This facility has three main classrooms for older children, an infant care area, a toddler care area, a kitchen space, restrooms, office, and storage areas. Our work involved foundations, slab on grade, concrete walls, slab on deck, wood framing, siding, doors and hardware, specialties and all site paving for the parking lots and sidewalks.
