Project Description

H&R Construction completed this project in a 16 month timeframe. This new branch for Telco Triad Community Credit Union will serve as the main headquarters for all of Telco Triad’s locations, replacing their aging facility. One of the unique features of this building is the full depth basement. This created some challenges from a scheduling standpoint with getting the structure out of the ground during the fall and winter months. Once that portion was complete, the rest of the project moved rapidly towards completion. The three-level facility has many design elements that utilize various finish materials. Interior finishes consisted of different types of tile, carpet, and LVT, along with casework, solid surface quartz, and decorative glass panels, acoustical panel ceilings and linear metal ceilings. Exterior finishes consisted of brick and stone veneer, along with aluminum metal panels.
