Kenosha Toyota
Project Description
This project was unique in the fact that Rydell Management had an agreement with CarMax to buy the Toyota franchise because they could not own it until H&R was able to completely renovate the existing CarMax lot and build the new Toyota dealership from the ground up.
The design of the new store incorporated “touchless” features. Some of those touchless features are automatic by-parting doors to enter the showroom from outside the store as well as from the service area as well as no doors to enter/exit the restrooms (similar to an airport restroom facility) and air dryers.
